- • Senior Manager, Paid Media, Digital Banking at Forbright Bank leads the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness for digital banking products across national markets.
- • Day to day responsibilities include managing multi-channel paid media budgets (search, social, display, video), analyzing campaign performance using analytics platforms, optimizing for ROI and CAC, collaborating with creative and product teams on ad creative and landing pages, and reporting insights to senior leadership.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- • 5+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns in financial services, banking, or fintech industries
- • Proven expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic display platforms
- • Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools to measure and optimize campaign performance
- • Experience managing budgets of $500K+ annually and driving efficient CAC and ROAS targets
- • Ability to collaborate effectively with creative, product, and analytics teams in a fast-paced, remote environment
