- • As a Senior Manager, Paid Search at Tinuiti, you will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of high-impact paid search campaigns for major clients, driving measurable growth and eliminating waste through data-informed decisions.
- • You will oversee the full campaign lifecycle—from planning and launch to ongoing management—while partnering with client stakeholders to identify optimization opportunities, manage budgets, and implement bid strategies across keywords, ad groups, and campaigns.
- • You will lead and develop a team of paid search specialists through coaching, goal-setting, performance feedback, and career development, ensuring adherence to scorecards and fostering a culture of continuous learning and certification maintenance.
- • You will collaborate cross-functionally with social, TV, audio, and other channel teams to align efforts, share insights, and maximize integrated campaign performance for clients.

- • You will deepen your expertise in paid search innovation by testing keywords, ad copy, landing pages, and third-party tools, while leveraging analytics to inform strategy and educate clients on campaign performance during weekly reviews.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7-10 years of experience in paid search roles with a proven track record managing campaigns with budgets of $1 million or more
- • 2-3 years of team management experience preferred
- • Google Ads Search Certification required; additional certifications in Display, Video, App, or Shopping are advantageous
- • Experience managing campaign types beyond paid search, such as PMAX, Display, Video, App, Shopping, or Demand Gen
- • Advanced proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting
