📋 Description

• As a Senior Manager, Platform Solutions at Nexxen Group Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in optimizing the integration and performance of Nexxen’s Supply-Side Platform (SSP) and Demand-Side Platform (DSP) across the APAC region, directly contributing to revenue growth and technical excellence in programmatic advertising.
• You will serve as the primary technical liaison between Nexxen and its external partners, ensuring seamless platform operations, proactive issue resolution, and data-driven improvements that enhance monetization efficiency for publishers and advertisers alike.
• The Platform Solutions team operates at the intersection of engineering, product, and client success, fostering a collaborative, ego-free environment where curiosity and customer centricity drive innovation across global markets.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in adtech infrastructure, sharpen your analytical and stakeholder management skills, and gain visibility into strategic platform decisions that shape Nexxen’s competitive edge in APAC.
• Help grow DSP partners revenue in APAC by identifying opportunities, aligning technical capabilities with business goals, and supporting partner onboarding and optimization initiatives.
• Be the platform technical expert in client meetings, translating complex platform behaviors into clear, actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders.
• Be the SSP technical expert, maintaining deep knowledge of supply-side mechanics, auction dynamics, and monetization best practices to support publisher success.
• Understand our supply and the requirements for healthy programmatic monetization, including inventory quality, floor pricing, and demand diversity.
• Be able to help troubleshoot supply issues if necessary, acting as a first-line technical responder to latency, fill rate, or discrepancy concerns.
• Understand the market, Publishers, DSP requirements, and competitive gaps to inform platform strategy and prioritize enhancements.
• Surface needs in a highly organized and prioritized way, ensuring feedback loops from clients and internal teams are captured, tracked, and acted upon.
• Providing daily platform health monitoring, tracking key metrics such as QPS, latency, error rates, and fill rates to ensure stability and performance.
• Suggesting and applying changes based on data, using analytical rigor to test hypotheses and optimize configurations.
• Monitoring impact of any changes or product releases using critical thinking, evaluating outcomes against KPIs and adjusting tactics as needed.
• Report on best practices and wins, documenting successes and sharing learnings across the Platform Solutions team and broader organization.
• Lead inbound and outbound QPS management for APAC, coordinating with engineering and operations teams to balance load, prevent throttling, and maximize throughput.
• Participate with the wider Platform Solutions team in knowledge sharing, contributing to documentation, training sessions, and cross-regional alignment.
• Help maintain Platform Solutions documentation up to date, ensuring runbooks, FAQs, and technical guides reflect current system behavior and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or related field OR equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience of 5 years in a similar role, preferably in an Adtech company.
• Excellent critical analysis and data reasoning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
• Must be willing to be in office 3 days minimum per week.
