• • Own the end-to-end Workday integration roadmap for Warner Bros. Discovery, translating complex business needs into scalable, secure, and high-performance integration solutions that power everything from global payroll to talent analytics across 30+ countries.
• • Lead a talented 5-member Hyderabad-based team—one Advanced Integrations Workday Developer, three Senior Workday Integration Developers, and one Workday Integration Developer—through the full delivery lifecycle: sprint planning, code reviews, release governance, and post-production support, while cultivating a culture of continuous learning and psychological safety.
• • Drive 30 % of your focus on integration management: architect Workday-to-Workday, Workday-to-third-party, and Workday-to-on-prem integrations using Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and REST/SOAP APIs; enforce data-quality SLAs of 99.9 % uptime and sub-5-second response times; and ensure every integration passes rigorous security, privacy, and compliance reviews (GDPR, SOX, SOC 2).
• • Allocate another 30 % to people leadership: conduct quarterly performance and development check-ins, craft individual growth plans tied to Workday certifications (Integration Pro, Report Writer, Extend), and mentor future technical leads through pair-programming, brown-bag sessions, and hack-days that explore emerging Workday features such as Prism Analytics and Extend.
• • Dedicate 20 % to stakeholder collaboration: partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and Technology executives across Burbank, New York, London, and Singapore to translate strategic initiatives—such as M&A onboarding, global mobility programs, and real-time compensation analytics—into prioritized integration backlogs with clear success metrics and executive-level dashboards.
• • Invest the final 20 % in operational excellence: establish enterprise-wide integration standards, reusable design patterns, automated regression test suites, and CI/CD pipelines that cut deployment time by 40 %; champion a “shift-left” quality mindset that reduces production incidents by 50 % year-over-year; and maintain living documentation in Confluence that enables 24×7 follow-the-sun support.
• • Serve as the single point of accountability for integration health: monitor real-time telemetry via Workday dashboards, Splunk, and Datadog; orchestrate root-cause analyses and post-mortems; and present monthly KPI reviews to the Director of Workday Engineering and VP of HR Technology, ensuring transparent communication and rapid remediation.
• • Champion inclusion and innovation by embedding accessibility best practices into every integration, sponsoring diverse hiring pipelines, and piloting next-gen Workday capabilities—such as machine-learning-driven anomaly detection and blockchain-based credential verification—that keep WBD at the forefront of media & entertainment HR technology.
