📋 Description

• Senior Manager, Revenue Enablement at Stepful Inc. leads enterprise revenue enablement strategy to accelerate pipeline growth, shorten sales cycles, and foster collaboration across Sales, Solution Architecture, and Client Success teams.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and delivering enablement programs, building AI-powered knowledge management systems, facilitating training with cross-functional SMEs, managing CRM data, and driving behavior change to improve GTM team performance.
• Stepful is a Y Combinator-backed EdTech company reimagining allied healthcare training through affordable, AI-supported, instructor-led programs that create talent pipelines for major healthcare employers like CVS, NY-Presbyterian, and Walgreens.
• In this role, the individual will develop strategic enablement initiatives, master AI applications in GTM contexts, strengthen cross-functional leadership, and directly impact revenue outcomes while working in a mission-driven, fast-paced startup environment.

🎯 Requirements

• B2B-specific GTM enablement experience with a track record of taking initiative, owning the function, and fostering behavioral changes
• Skill in building and delivering enablement programs that improve performance and revenue outcomes
• Experience thriving in a startup environment and comfort navigating evolving processes and complex offerings
• Exceptional organization and strategic prioritization skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Data-driven mentality and decision-making with proficiency in Google Suite and Excel, including ability to manage and analyze CRM data
• Knowledge of AI tools (inclusive of LLMs) with a clear perspective on their application in GTM enablement
