- • The Senior Manager, Revenue Enablement empowers and supports the GTM team in creating pipeline, closing revenue, deepening partner relationships, and facilitating an exceptional customer journey by translating strategy into repeatable processes, scalable training programs, and actionable insights.
- • Day to day, the role involves designing and delivering onboarding programs for AEs, SDRs, SEs, and Partner Managers; owning ongoing enablement cadence including weekly communications and learning sessions; partnering with frontline managers on coaching and performance improvement; collaborating with GTM Operations and Engineering on process design and rollout; creating role-based playbooks and training materials; identifying and operationalizing AI-driven insights for rep productivity; and cross-functionally collaborating with Sales, Marketing, CX, Product, and Partnerships on key initiatives.
