- • As the Senior Manager, Revenue Recruiting, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing Vanta's hiring strategy across all Pre and Post-sales functions in North America. This critical role encompasses Account Management, Sales, Customer Success, Support, Solutions Engineers, and Sales Development roles, directly impacting Vanta's ability to scale and achieve its ambitious growth targets.
- • You will lead and mentor a high-performing team of 7 Go-To-Market (GTM) Recruiters, fostering an environment of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Reporting directly to the Head of Business Recruiting, your leadership will be pivotal in attracting, assessing, and hiring exceptional talent that fuels Vanta's continued success.
- • A core responsibility will be to partner closely with Vanta’s GTM leaders, People Business Partners, and C-suite executives. This strategic collaboration involves deeply understanding hiring priorities, proactively monitoring recruitment progress, providing insightful reporting, and managing day-to-day stakeholder relationships on a global scale.
- • You will be tasked with building, developing, and innovating unique, data-driven strategies to ensure all GTM recruiting functions consistently meet and exceed quarterly hiring goals. This includes identifying and implementing best practices in candidate sourcing, engagement, and assessment.
- • A key aspect of this role involves diagnosing and proactively solving challenges or bottlenecks within the hiring funnels. You will empower your team to identify inefficiencies and implement effective solutions, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- • You will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on key recruitment metrics and KPIs to stakeholders and Vanta’s leadership team. This data-driven approach will inform strategic decisions and highlight the impact of the recruiting function.
- • While leading a team, you will also manage a select number of critical requisitions, likely focusing on key GTM leadership hires. This hands-on involvement ensures you remain connected to the front-line recruiting challenges and opportunities.
- • Embrace and champion the use of AI tools to amplify recruiting capabilities and enhance work output. Demonstrate curiosity, a proactive learning mindset, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to drive efficiency, improve candidate experience, and strengthen overall recruiting impact.

- • Drive initiatives to enhance diversity and inclusion within the GTM hiring process, ensuring Vanta attracts and hires talent from a wide range of backgrounds.
- • Develop and refine employer branding efforts specifically for the GTM function to attract top-tier talent.
- • Effectively manage vendor relationships and recruitment technology stack to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- • Contribute to the strategic workforce planning for the GTM organization, anticipating future talent needs.
- • Champion Vanta's mission and values, ensuring they are reflected in all recruiting activities and interactions.
- • Lead by example, demonstrating Vanta's core values of kindness, talent, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- • Develop and implement robust onboarding strategies for new GTM hires in partnership with relevant teams.
- • Drive continuous improvement in recruiting processes, tools, and methodologies.
- • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- • Build strong relationships with external talent communities and professional organizations to expand Vanta's talent pipeline.
- • Act as a trusted advisor to GTM leadership on all talent-related matters.
- • Contribute to the overall success and growth of Vanta by ensuring we have the best possible revenue-generating teams in place.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of business recruiting experience, with a minimum of 4+ years in people management, leading and developing recruiting teams.
- • Proven experience working in both startup environments and larger, scaled organizations, demonstrating adaptability and strategic thinking across different company lifecycles.
- • Deep expertise and demonstrated success in recruiting across a wide variety of Go-To-Market (GTM) functions, including Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Sales Development.
- • A strong, data-driven mindset with a proven ability to leverage metrics and analytics to inform strategy, measure success, and drive continuous improvement in recruiting processes.
- • Demonstrated curiosity and a proactive approach to learning and applying new technologies, including AI, to enhance recruiting efficiency and effectiveness, coupled with sound judgment in responsible AI implementation.
