📋 Description

• As the Senior Manager Rider Communications & Partnerships UK&I, you will own managing UK and Ireland Rider communication channels via Braze, email, SMS, WhatsApp, and in-app, while building and executing content and partnerships strategy, including Rider Social Media.
• You will work with stakeholders and your team of 2x Content Associates and 1x Partnerships Associate to develop and execute strategy, oversee day-to-day partnership operations, manage communications landing with Central Operations, and collaborate with EU colleagues on combined campaigns.
• You will monitor the impact of partnerships and content on Rider sentiment, cost savings, engagement rates, and operational metrics, feed into Rider Marketing efforts to diversify the Fleet, establish digital engagement campaigns, own Rider Social Media output on Instagram and TikTok, and act as the internal subject matter expert for UK&I Content & Partnerships.
• You will identify and develop newsworthy stories using Rider insights, source new partner opportunities with clear benefits, lead negotiations with major UKI partners, improve existing comms and CRM lifecycle, approve all outgoing Rider comms for accuracy and tone, and build, coach, and manage a high-performing, inclusive team.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing CRM platforms, ideally Braze
• Strong people management skills to support, develop, and coach direct reports
• Proven stakeholder management and negotiation skills for large-scale contracts and senior buy-in
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
• Strong command of written and spoken English, including tone of voice
• Creative, energetic, hands-on, and relentless in execution
