📋 Description
- • Senior Manager, SteadyMD Workforce Optimization leads forecasting, capacity planning, and workforce strategy across clinical teams to ensure scalable, efficient telehealth operations supporting partners like Amazon and Abbott.
- • Day to day, the role involves developing forecasting models, designing scheduling frameworks, tracking KPIs like utilization and cost efficiency, optimizing workforce tooling, and collaborating with Clinical Operations, HR, Product, and executive leadership to align staffing with growth and client needs.
