- • Senior Manager, SteadyMD Workforce Optimization leads forecasting, capacity planning, and workforce strategy across clinical teams to ensure scalable, efficient telehealth operations supporting partners like Amazon and Abbott.
- • Day to day, the role involves developing forecasting models, designing scheduling frameworks, tracking KPIs like utilization and cost efficiency, optimizing workforce tooling, and collaborating with Clinical Operations, HR, Product, and executive leadership to align staffing with growth and client needs.
- • SteadyMD is a licensed, nationwide telehealth provider and technology company backed by Lux Capital and Pelion Ventures, delivering high-quality virtual care to Fortune 100 clients and recognized as #81 on Forbes’ America’s Best Startup Employers List for its commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
