- • Senior Manager, Strategy & Planning role at Dandy Technology, Inc., a venture-backed company transforming the $200B dental industry by building the operating system for dental offices worldwide through technology and innovation.
- • Own the end-to-end weekly growth forecast cadence, maintain full funnel and headcount capacity forecasting models, coordinate with Finance on forecast methodology, and support annual planning cycles with scenario modeling and reporting infrastructure in Looker and Salesforce.
- • Join the Revenue Operations team that powers the GTM organization, reporting to the Director of RevOps, Planning & Post Sales, and collaborating closely with Finance, Sales, and Post-Sales leadership in a high-impact, player-coach role.
- • Develop expertise in strategic financial modeling, cross-functional GTM coordination, and data-driven decision-making while scaling headcount from ~200 to ~500 by end of 2026 in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7-9 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Strategy & Planning, Finance, or Management Consulting
- • Direct experience owning a revenue or sales forecast in a B2B SaaS or high-growth tech environment
- • Strong financial modeling skills; fluency in Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools (Looker preferred)
- • Salesforce proficiency; ability to navigate data and build reports independently
- • Comfort working with Finance stakeholders and translating analytical outputs into business narratives
- • Exceptional written and verbal communication; able to present clearly to senior stakeholders
