• • As a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition at Remote Technologies Inc., you will lead and scale the recruiting function to support the company’s mission of democratizing global employment opportunities. This role is critical in building a world-class, values-aligned workforce across 6 continents by driving data-informed hiring strategies and fostering inclusive talent practices.
• • You will manage, coach, and develop a team of 6 Recruiters and 1 Sourcer, conduct regular 1:1s, own hiring metrics and pipelines, and collaborate with hiring leaders to meet targets while ensuring a exceptional candidate experience. You’ll also shape long-term TA strategy in partnership with the Director of Talent Acquisition and other People team stakeholders.
