• • As a Senior Manager, Technical Architecture within Okta's Professional Services organization, you will spearhead the successful implementation of Okta's cutting-edge identity and access management solutions for a diverse clientele.
• • This pivotal leadership role operates under a "player-coach" model, demanding a blend of hands-on technical expertise and adept team management. You will be instrumental in guiding a high-performing team of Technical Architects, fostering their growth and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer outcomes.
• • Your primary responsibility will be to lead, mentor, and develop a team of Professional Services Technical Architects. This includes actively participating in the hiring process, nurturing talent, and ensuring the team possesses the advanced skills necessary to implement Okta's platform effectively.

• • You will conduct governance reviews and audits to ensure the quality and integrity of Technical Architecture designs and deliverables, upholding Okta's high standards.
