📋 Description
- • As a Senior Manager, Technical Product Management at AcariaHealth, a Centene specialty pharmacy, you will lead the strategy, delivery, and outcomes of a portfolio of digital experiences that improve medication access, therapy initiation, adherence, and patient satisfaction for 28 million members.
- • You will own portfolio strategy and direction, define product priorities balancing patient impact, operational efficiency, regulatory needs, and technology constraints, and decide what to invest in, sequence, or deprioritize to align with AcariaHealth’s specialty pharmacy strategy and Centene’s broader digital roadmap.
- • You will lead, hire, mentor, and develop a team of technical product managers, set clear expectations, establish consistent product practices, and foster a culture centered on patient impact, technical rigor, accountability, and continuous learning in a regulated healthcare environment.
- • You will ensure product decisions translate into real-world impact by establishing success metrics, guiding discovery using AI-enabled tools, overseeing technical delivery, and aligning cross-functional teams including pharmacy operations, clinical teams, IT, and security to maintain compliance and drive innovation.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics) or equivalent practical experience
- • 8+ years of experience in product management, technical product leadership, or digital delivery within healthcare, pharmacy, or other regulated industries
- • Demonstrated experience leading large initiatives, complex product portfolios, or teams of product managers
- • Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and guide cross-functional teams toward shared outcomes in a regulated environment
