- • The Senior Manager, U.S. HCP Marketing will support the development and execution of marketing strategies for VYVGART Hytrulo® in the treatment of chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy (CIDP) or generalized myasthenia gravis (gMG), driving market development and brand growth in the U.S. commercial organization.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing campaigns, messaging, and materials; managing agency partners and budgets; executing peer-to-peer education initiatives; preparing speaker bureau content; aligning with sales and cross-functional teams on launch readiness; and ensuring compliant promotional material development through collaboration with Legal, Regulatory, and Medical Affairs.

🎯 Requirements
- • BS/BA degree (science or business preferred); MBA is a plus
- • 3 years of experience in marketing and/or relevant commercial experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry
- • Experience managing external agency partners and collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- • Understanding of the legal and regulatory environment in pharmaceutical promotions
- • Strong project management, communication, and organization skills
- • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and prioritize work to achieve results
- • Experience in rare disease and/or neurology preferred
- • US launch readiness experience preferred
- • Willingness to travel 30% and attend in-office meetings as needed
