• • Senior Manager, Workforce Excellence & Safety Compliance leads the development and execution of workforce safety, compliance, and operational excellence initiatives to ensure Zum’s transportation services meet the highest standards of safety, regulatory adherence, and employee well-being across all operating regions.
• • Day to day, the role involves designing and implementing safety training programs, conducting compliance audits, managing incident investigations, collaborating with operations and HR teams to enforce safety policies, tracking key safety metrics, and ensuring alignment with federal, state, and local transportation regulations.
