• • Senior Managing Consultant – Project Management – Healthcare role at BRG Communications LLC, focused on leading complex healthcare transformation engagements as a hands‑on delivery leader who translates strategy into action through structured project management and domain expertise.
• • Day‑to‑day responsibilities include leading execution of healthcare consulting engagements, translating strategic recommendations into executable initiatives with defined owners and milestones, developing and managing integrated workplans with dependency tracking, supporting client alignment and decision‑making with VP‑ and Director‑level leaders, implementing project governance and escalation mechanisms, tracking benefits realization tied to EBITDA improvement or quality outcomes, identifying and mitigating execution risks, driving execution readiness across teams, leading PMO and project support resources, and contributing as a subject matter expert in margin and quality improvement disciplines such as workforce productivity, supply chain, revenue cycle, and clinical quality optimization.
• • The Integrated Health Solutions (IHS) practice at BRG provides end‑to‑end advisory support to healthcare providers, payers, investors, and stakeholders navigating strategic, operational, financial, and clinical challenges, led by seasoned healthcare executives and clinicians, with core service offerings in Business Transformation Advisory, Margin & Operational Improvement, Clinical & Quality Transformation, and AI & Digital Solutions.
