• • The Senior Managing Editor, Content and Test Development provides strategic and operational leadership for assessment content and production editorial teams, ensuring editorial quality across the full assessment lifecycle while advancing AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
• • Day to day, the role involves leading and mentoring a multidisciplinary team of assessment content and production editors, establishing clear workflows and handoffs, overseeing editorial review of test items and technical documentation, directing production editing and QA for paper-based and digital materials, leading responsible adoption of AI tools for copyediting and style compliance, and designing scalable workflows to support high-volume deadlines while tracking quality metrics.
