- • Test complex customer self-service and back-office applications across native iOS and Android platforms.
- • Support solution customization and rollout for new platform clients by executing comprehensive QA validation.
- • Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate end-to-end testing activities within agile sprint cycles.
- • Identify, document, and communicate quality-related risks to product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders.
- • Collaborate with product and business teams to refine requirements and improve testability of features.
- • Write and maintain detailed testing documentation including test plans, test cases, and checklists for mobile and API workflows.
- • Report, track, and manage the full lifecycle of bugs using issue tracking systems from discovery to resolution.
- • Design and execute test cases for full mobile user journeys, including app install, onboarding, deposits, bets, withdrawals, and in-app purchases.
- • Validate application behavior across diverse devices, operating systems, network conditions, and regional configurations.
- • Apply AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar to automate test generation, perform gap analysis, and streamline QA workflows.
- • Utilize mobile development and debugging tools including Xcode, Android Studio, TestFlight, Charles Proxy, and Firebase.
- • Implement and maintain automated test scripts using Espresso and XCTest frameworks within CI/CD pipelines like Jenkins.
- • Operate effectively in a fully remote environment with high standards of communication, visibility, and accountability.
- • Adapt quickly to fast-paced, iterative development cycles while maintaining rigorous quality standards.
- • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements associated with regulated gaming operations, including potential licensing processes.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
- • At least 2 years of experience coding in modern languages like C#, Kotlin, or Swift with strong object-oriented programming skills
- • Proven ability to test native iOS and Android apps, RESTful APIs, and complex user flows across diverse devices and environments
- • Hands-on experience with mobile dev and debugging tools like Xcode, Android Studio, TestFlight, Charles Proxy, and Firebase
- • Experience applying AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) to enhance QA processes, including test generation, gap analysis, and workflow automation
- • Familiarity with mobile automation frameworks such as Espresso and XCTest, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins
