This team collaborates closely with Sales, SDR, and GTM Operations to ensure a unified approach to growth.
  • • As a Senior Marketing Analyst, you will be the dedicated analytics partner for our marketing teams. Your primary responsibility will be to build and scale robust reporting capabilities that meticulously track performance across the entire customer journey, from initial awareness to conversion and retention. This involves not just monitoring metrics, but transforming complex marketing data into actionable insights that directly influence strategic decisions. You will be instrumental in automating key operating review deliverables, ensuring consistency and accuracy in our reporting, and empowering stakeholders with the data-driven recommendations they need to optimize marketing ROI and drive business growth.
  • • Your day-to-day will involve a deep dive into marketing data, identifying trends, and uncovering the 'why' behind performance fluctuations. You will be responsible for sizing opportunities, establishing consistent tracking mechanisms, defining key performance indicators (KPIs), and developing insightful dashboards that provide a clear view of campaign impact on critical milestones throughout the customer lifecycle. A significant part of your role will be to automate the generation of reports for operating reviews, which will not only ensure a single source of truth for our data but also significantly reduce the time spent on manual reporting, freeing up valuable resources for more strategic analysis.
  • • Furthermore, you will act as a crucial bridge between data and decision-making. You will enable key stakeholders, including marketing leaders and their teams, by clearly communicating the insights derived from your analysis. Your ability to translate complex technical findings into clear, concise, and data-driven recommendations will be paramount in improving marketing efficiency, enhancing our understanding of customer behavior, and maximizing the overall impact of our marketing investments. You will also contribute to the continuous evolution of our analytical capabilities by partnering closely with the Data Engineering team, influencing their roadmap and contributing to the development of essential datasets.
  • • Success in this role hinges on a strong understanding of the key drivers of marketing performance. You will need to possess an action-oriented mindset coupled with a profound analytical curiosity, constantly seeking to understand not just what is happening, but why it is happening. Technical proficiency in SQL, Salesforce, marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Marketo, and data visualization tools like Tableau is essential. Experience with DBT is highly preferred, and familiarity with Python or R will be considered a significant advantage. Excellent communication skills are a must, as you will be expected to present technical content effectively to non-technical audiences, ensuring that insights are understood and acted upon across the organization. The ability to initiate and independently complete analytical projects from conception to conclusion is also a key requirement, demonstrating your proactive and self-sufficient approach to problem-solving.
