  • • As a Senior Marketing Coordinator at Pavago, you will be instrumental in driving the seamless execution of our marketing initiatives and providing crucial day-to-day operational support. This role is designed for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual who excels in a structured yet dynamic entrepreneurial setting. You will be the backbone of our marketing operations, ensuring that all marketing, content, communication, and administrative workflows function with precision and efficiency. Your primary focus will be on consistent execution, meticulous implementation, and maintaining the integrity of our systems and processes, rather than strategic marketing leadership.
  • • In this multifaceted role, you will own several key areas. Core Executive & Operational Support will involve managing administrative coordination, organizing complex calendars, streamlining scheduling, and overseeing communication workflows. You will be responsible for maintaining structured project tracking sheets, diligently ensuring task follow-through, and proactively identifying and flagging workflow gaps and inefficiencies to enhance overall operational effectiveness.
  • • Your Marketing Execution & Social Media Management responsibilities will be extensive. You will be tasked with creating, designing, scheduling, and publishing engaging content across major platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, as well as relevant community groups. A significant part of this will involve actively managing engagement, responding to direct messages, and fostering community interaction. You will meticulously track engagement metrics and maintain organized performance reports to inform our strategy. Furthermore, you will assist in monitoring and setting up advertising campaigns for our various programs and events, ensuring optimal reach and impact.
  • • For Content Creation & Program Materials, you will edit and produce compelling short-form video content and graphics that strictly adhere to our brand messaging and guidelines. You will also be responsible for formatting and organizing essential program documents such as scripts, guides, workbooks, and cheat sheets, ensuring they are professional and user-friendly. Maintaining brand consistency and a polished content presentation across all platforms will be a critical aspect of your role.
  • • In Email Marketing & CRM Management, you will build and manage sophisticated email workflows using GoHighLevel, our chosen CRM and marketing automation platform. You will execute targeted outreach campaigns and manage follow-ups for both prospects and program participants, ensuring timely and effective communication. Maintaining clean CRM records and accurate pipeline tracking is paramount to our sales and engagement efforts.
  • • Program & Membership Administration will see you organizing digital program materials, managing updates, and ensuring easy accessibility for users. You will track member progress, support participant communication, and be the first point of contact for troubleshooting minor technical issues within our online platforms, ensuring a smooth user experience.
  • • Your Research, Lead Generation & Digital Support duties will include conducting in-depth research to build Ideal Client Profiles and prospect lists. You will actively support lead generation initiatives and outreach campaigns, contributing directly to our growth. Additionally, you will assist with minor website updates and account setups, and compile comprehensive reports and findings to support strategic decision-making.
  • • Finally, your Communication & Administrative Coordination skills will be vital. You will maintain clear, professional written communication in all interactions. You will expertly manage inboxes, prioritizing urgent matters and ensuring no critical item is overlooked. Ensuring all documentation and shared files are meticulously organized, structured, and easily accessible will be a key responsibility, contributing to a highly efficient and organized work environment.
