  • • As a Senior Marketing Coordinator at Pavago, you will be instrumental in driving the seamless execution of our marketing initiatives and supporting executive operations. This full-time, remote role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. You will be the backbone of our marketing efforts, ensuring that all campaigns, content, and administrative tasks are managed with precision and efficiency. This is a hands-on position focused on consistent implementation and meticulous follow-through, rather than strategic marketing leadership.
  • • Your core responsibilities will encompass a broad range of critical functions. In terms of Executive & Operational Support, you will manage day-to-day administrative coordination, meticulously organize calendars, schedule meetings, and streamline communication workflows. A key aspect of this role is maintaining structured project tracking sheets, ensuring that all assigned tasks are completed on time and to a high standard. You will also be proactive in identifying workflow gaps and flagging inefficiencies to continuously improve our operational processes.
  • • In Marketing Execution & Social Media Management, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of our social media presence. This includes creating, designing, scheduling, and publishing engaging content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, as well as actively participating in relevant community groups. You will manage community engagement, respond to direct messages, and foster interaction to build our online presence. Tracking engagement metrics and maintaining organized performance reports will be crucial for understanding campaign effectiveness. Furthermore, you will assist in monitoring and setting up advertising campaigns for our various programs and events, ensuring optimal reach and impact.
  • • For Content Creation & Program Materials, your role will involve editing and producing short-form video content and graphics that align perfectly with our brand messaging and aesthetic. You will also be responsible for formatting and organizing essential program documents, including scripts, guides, workbooks, and cheat sheets, ensuring they are professional and user-friendly. Maintaining brand consistency and a polished content presentation across all platforms will be a key deliverable.
  • • In Email Marketing & CRM Management, you will leverage GoHighLevel to build and manage sophisticated email workflows. You will execute targeted outreach campaigns and manage follow-ups for both prospects and existing participants, nurturing relationships and driving conversions. Maintaining clean CRM records and ensuring accurate pipeline tracking are vital for our sales and marketing intelligence.
  • • Your responsibilities in Program & Membership Administration will include organizing digital program materials, managing updates, and ensuring easy accessibility for users. You will track member progress, support participant communication, and provide assistance with minor technical issues that may arise within our online platforms, ensuring a smooth user experience.
  • • Furthermore, you will contribute to Research, Lead Generation & Digital Support by conducting thorough research to build detailed Ideal Client Profiles and prospect lists. You will support lead generation initiatives and outreach campaigns, playing a direct role in expanding our customer base. Additionally, you will assist with minor website updates and account setups, and compile comprehensive reports and findings to inform strategic decision-making.
  • • Finally, your Communication & Administrative Coordination skills will be paramount. You will maintain clear, professional written communication in all interactions. Effective inbox management and the ability to prioritize urgent matters appropriately will be essential. Ensuring that all documentation and shared files are meticulously organized and easily accessible will contribute to overall team efficiency and productivity.
