📋 Description
- • Senior Marketing Designer (Part time, contract) at Bankjoy Inc., a Y Combinator and Bessemer Venture Partner backed FinTech startup revolutionizing banking tech infrastructure for community banks and credit unions.
- • Own the visual execution of Bankjoy's brand across marketing channels, designing and producing marketing collateral including presentation decks, one-pagers, brochures, email templates, social media assets, digital ads, landing page visuals, event-specific creative, booth graphics, signage, banners, swag concepts, and webinar materials while maintaining brand consistency and evolving the brand identity.
- • Collaborate closely with the Senior Product Marketing Manager and broader marketing team to develop reusable design templates, support product launches, feature announcements, sales enablement materials, pitch decks, client presentations, RFP responses, and thought leadership content.
- • Work in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with approximately 20 hours per week, flexible to scale during high-demand periods such as product launches, trade shows, and the annual client conference (Elevate), with core collaboration hours between 11am–4pm EST.

🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of marketing design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech, or financial services
- • Strong portfolio demonstrating range across brand, digital, and print design
- • Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
- • Experience working directly with marketing and product marketing teams in a fast-paced startup or growth-stage company
- • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work independently without heavy oversight
- • Strong communication skills — comfortable giving and receiving feedback and proactively flagging blockers
