- • Own end-to-end demand generation for Tonic AI’s three product lines (Tonic Fabricate, Tonic Textual, and Structural), driving pipeline from first impression to signed-up user in a product-led growth (PLG) and account-based marketing (ABM) environment.
- • Build, manage, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads (search campaigns for all three products, with deep focus on Structural’s top-performing keywords), LinkedIn, and emerging channels including Meta and Reddit based on performance data.
- • Design and execute display advertising and retargeting campaigns to maximize conversion efficiency and reduce CAC across funnel stages.
- • Lead YouTube advertising strategy, creating and testing ad creatives tailored to technical and enterprise audiences.
- • Develop and manage end-to-end email acquisition sequences targeting net-new prospects for both Fabricate and Textual audiences, including copywriting, sequencing, and deliverability optimization.
- • Coordinate messaging and timing with SDRs but retain full ownership of email strategy, tone, and performance metrics.
- • Execute ABM campaigns for Tonic Textual, including direct mail initiatives targeting high-intent accounts where digital channels underperform, and test creative, list, and offer combinations with measurable response tracking.
- • Run a continuous test-and-learn experimentation cadence across creative, audience, and channel combinations to identify high-ROI opportunities and scale successful tactics.
- • Document all campaign results, insights, and learnings to enable cross-team knowledge sharing and inform future spending decisions.
- • Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels for paid traffic to maximize signup conversion rates, ensuring alignment between ad messaging and user experience.
- • Operate independently with minimal infrastructure, making data-driven decisions in a fast-moving B2B SaaS startup environment without relying on agency support.
- • Write all ad copy and email copy in-house; no reliance on external copywriters—owning messaging from concept to launch.
- • Be accountable for measurable outcomes: signup volume by channel, signup quality (converted to qualified opportunity), channel CAC, payback period, and number of new channels scaled per quarter.
- • Ramp quickly from inheriting existing campaigns to independently owning and driving performance against pipeline targets within 30/60/90 days.
- • Identify and request budget, assets, or team support when necessary to accelerate campaign velocity and scale winning initiatives.
- • Leverage AI tools daily to automate repetitive workflows, generate creative variants, and unblock execution without waiting on resources—AI is integral to your workflow, not experimental.
- • Work directly with the Senior Director of Growth Marketing, with clear ownership and visibility of your impact on revenue.
- • Build the acquisition engine for a disruptive AI infrastructure company in a rapidly accelerating market, where every campaign you run has a direct and measurable impact on company growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4–7 years in demand generation, growth marketing, or acquisition-focused roles
- • AI-native operator who uses AI tools daily to automate, create, and unblock work—AI is embedded in your workflow
- • Direct experience with acquisition for a PLG or freemium SaaS product
- • Hands-on experience building and managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager campaigns
- • Proven experience running email marketing programs including copywriting, sequencing, and deliverability
- • Demonstrated ABM experience including account selection, multi-threading, and driving engagement
