- • This role directly impacts revenue growth by enabling clean, actionable data flow across marketing and sales systems, reducing manual work through AI-powered workflows, and providing accurate analytics that inform strategic decisions.
- • Day to day, the analyst will grow, support, and maintain the administration, configuration, and integration of the core martech stack including Marketo, Salesforce, Clay, Qualified, and other platforms.
- • They will help build and maintain reliable data flows between marketing systems and the CRM to ensure leads, contacts, and campaign data are clean, connected, and actionable for downstream use.
- • The role involves identifying and troubleshooting integration gaps, collaborating with Revenue Operations and Business Technology to implement fixes and scalable solutions that prevent data silos.
- • The analyst will evaluate new tools and vendors as the martech stack evolves, making recommendations based on technical fit, scalability, and alignment with marketing objectives.

- • The analyst supports the build-out of dashboards and reporting infrastructure that give marketing leadership clear visibility into pipeline, campaign performance, and channel efficiency.
- • They maintain data hygiene across marketing systems through segmentation, list management, field mapping, and deduplication to ensure data trustworthiness.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or a related analytical/technical marketing role — ideally in B2B SaaS.
- • Hands-on experience with Marketo and Salesforce, including administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- • Experience managing event platforms, attribution platforms, reverse ETL, and other marketing systems, with comfort working with data to clean lists, build reports, spot anomalies, and explain insights.
- • Genuine curiosity about AI and automation, including experimentation with tools or agents to improve work speed and quality, and fluency in OpenAI and Claude.
- • Attention to detail and a low tolerance for messy data or broken processes, combined with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners.
- • Experience with SQL and programming, including familiarity building and running API calls, with Marketo API experience being a plus.
