- • Horizon3.ai is seeking a highly analytical and systems-oriented Senior Marketing Operations & Analytics Manager to join our dynamic, remote-first cybersecurity team. This pivotal role is the technical and analytical engine driving our marketing efforts, ensuring scalability, measurability, and data integrity across all campaigns and initiatives. You will be instrumental in building and optimizing the infrastructure that powers our marketing engine, translating complex data into actionable insights that directly impact pipeline and revenue.
- • As the Senior Marketing Operations & Analytics Manager, you will own the critical systems and data models that underpin Horizon3.ai's marketing success. This includes the meticulous configuration, governance, and continuous optimization of our core marketing technology stack, primarily focusing on Salesforce and leading marketing automation platforms. Your expertise will be crucial in designing and maintaining robust, scalable data models, defining clear lifecycle stages for our customer journey, and establishing standardized campaign tracking protocols. You will be the go-to subject matter expert for marketing data architecture, ensuring the reliability of our systems, the seamless integration between them, and the consistent accuracy of data across the entire marketing and revenue technology ecosystem.
- • A significant aspect of this role involves developing and managing comprehensive analytics, reporting, and attribution frameworks. You will be responsible for building and maintaining insightful dashboards that provide clear visibility into campaign performance, key funnel metrics, and marketing's contribution to the sales pipeline. A core responsibility will be the development and management of sophisticated attribution models that accurately connect marketing activities to tangible revenue outcomes. Ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data across all reports is paramount, as these will be utilized by marketing, sales, and executive leadership for strategic decision-making. Your ability to translate complex datasets into clear, concise, and actionable insights and recommendations will be highly valued.
- • This position also requires a strong collaborative approach, particularly in financial oversight and cross-functional partnerships. You will work closely with the Finance department and marketing leadership to meticulously track marketing budgets, assist in forecasting, and conduct in-depth spend analysis. Monitoring marketing expenditure against performance and ROI metrics will be essential to ensure optimal resource allocation. Furthermore, you will support strategic planning cycles by providing data-driven insights into the effectiveness of marketing investments. Your ability to foster strong partnerships with Campaign Management, Demand Generation, and Revenue Operations teams will ensure alignment in tracking, measurement, lifecycle execution, and data model integration, creating a cohesive and efficient revenue funnel.
