📋 Description

• We are seeking a Senior Marketing Project Manager to join our team at Skydance Games, a division of Paramount, a Skydance Corporation.
• As a Senior Marketing Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive engagement and revenue for our games.
• You will work closely with game development teams, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that marketing plans are aligned with business objectives and are executed effectively.
• You will be responsible for managing and executing marketing campaigns, including social media, influencer marketing, and event marketing.
• You will analyze campaign performance and provide insights to inform future marketing strategies.
• You will collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing plans that meet business objectives.
• You will work closely with the game development team to ensure that marketing plans are aligned with game development timelines and are executed effectively.
• You will be responsible for managing and executing marketing budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring that marketing spend is aligned with business objectives.
• You will analyze campaign performance and provide insights to inform future marketing strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing project management, preferably in the video game industry.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive engagement and revenue.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze campaign performance and provide insights to inform future marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work closely with game development teams, marketing teams, and other stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, including social media, influencer marketing, and event marketing.
• Ability to manage and execute marketing budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring that marketing spend is aligned with business objectives.
