  • • In this dynamic role, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a wide range of strategic and analytical tasks. You will architect use-case prioritization frameworks, employing quantitative scoring models that meticulously weigh business value, technical feasibility, and measurable customer impact to guide client investments. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive journey governance frameworks, detailed testing roadmaps, and maturity assessments designed to help clients scale and optimize their marketing programs efficiently, thereby preventing the accumulation of architectural debt. A core part of your function will be to design advanced marketing analytics and KPI architectures, establishing clear connections between campaign-level metrics and overarching business outcomes. This includes creating robust experimentation frameworks and compelling performance narratives that empower data-backed investment decisions. You will leverage first-party data, behavioral signals, and CDP/CRM data to craft sophisticated audience segmentation strategies, define lifecycle stages, and build effective personalization frameworks. A significant aspect of your work will involve synthesizing complex performance data from leading platforms like Braze, translating these intricate signals into clear, actionable strategic recommendations for clients. You will also lead comprehensive end-to-end journey mapping initiatives, from initial discovery workshops to the creation of current-state and future-state maps, identifying personas, critical moments of truth, channel touchpoints, and essential data signals to pinpoint experience gaps and prioritize areas for improvement. Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with technology vendors such as Braze, Segment, and Databricks, maintaining deep platform intelligence and translating vendor roadmaps into tangible client opportunities. You will partner with Client Partners and Solution Architects to educate clients on transforming their martech investments from a simple SaaS model to a consumption-based approach meticulously tailored to advance their specific goals. A crucial responsibility will be to build and present executive-ready business cases for martech investments, complete with ROI modeling, value realization roadmaps, and strategic narratives that demystify complex technology and translate it into clear, decisive actions. You will serve as a trusted strategic advisor to VP and C-level stakeholders, proactively anticipating client challenges, identifying opportunities where Stitch's capabilities can address unmet needs, and collaborating with Client Partners to strengthen and deepen long-term client relationships. Your involvement will extend to participating in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) to assist Client Partners in strategically sequencing journey investments, technology enablers, and capability-building milestones for clients. Internally, you will contribute significantly to the evolution of Stitch's methodologies by creating reusable frameworks, assessment tools, and workshop guides that elevate the standard of every client engagement. You will also play a key role in authoring or contributing to thought leadership content, including LinkedIn posts, webinars, and Braze events, reinforcing Stitch's position as a leading voice in modern martech strategy. You will manage your time effectively to meet billable targets of 36+ hours per week and will be expected to travel up to 20% for client meetings, workshops, and onsite engagements.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 7+ years of experience in data-driven marketing strategy, CRM, martech consulting, or digital transformation roles.
  • • Demonstrated track record building and presenting multi-year martech roadmaps to senior stakeholders.
  • • Experience facilitating executive discovery workshops, business prioritization sessions, and strategic planning engagements.
  • • Client-facing experience within an agency or consultancy required.
  • • Net new platform implementation experience preferred: you've contributed to building a lifecycle marketing strategy from the ground up as part of an initial deployment.
  • • Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
