📋 Description

• Senior Marketing Web Developer (Contract, Hybrid) role at Homebase Labs Inc. focused on owning the performance, quality, and growth of joinhomebase.com, a critical customer acquisition channel built on Webflow.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include auditing and improving website performance (Core Web Vitals, LCP, INP, CLS), building scalable landing pages for marketing campaigns, optimizing the website-to-signup funnel through A/B testing, and leveraging AI tools to accelerate development and workflow automation.
• Homebase Labs Inc. is a fast-moving, mission-driven company building an all-in-one app for hourly teams, serving over 150,000 small businesses with tools for scheduling, payroll, HR, and communication, and is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in Webflow performance optimization, experimentation, and AI-enabled development while contributing to measurable improvements in site speed, conversion rates, and marketing agility.

🎯 Requirements

• 6-8+ years of web development experience
• Deep, hands-on Webflow expertise including CMS architecture, custom code integration, and performance optimization
• Strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills
• Experience with experimentation, analytics, and conversion optimization (familiarity with Amplitude, Statsig, or Hotjar a plus)
• Strong understanding of web performance, accessibility, and SEO
• Experience integrating websites with product onboarding, analytics, and marketing systems
