📋 Description

• Senior MarTech Solution and Innovation Manager responsible for driving transformation of Marketing Automation and Innovation at Extreme Networks, a global networking leader with over 50,000 customers and double-digit year-over-year growth.
• Own end-to-end lead routing and continuous optimization to drive MQL volume, conversion rate, and velocity, enabling BDR teams to follow up on marketing-qualified leads quickly and efficiently.

• Experience in Marketing Automation and MarTech solution management
• Proven ability to own end-to-end lead routing and optimization processes
• Track record of driving MQL volume, conversion rate, and lead velocity

• Strong understanding of BDR/sales alignment and lead follow-up workflows
