- • Own the end-to-end integrity of customer master data across SAP, Salesforce, and Tableau, ensuring every hierarchy, attribute, and license assignment is accurate, timely, and aligned to global standards.
- • Design, build, and continuously refine Tableau dashboards that surface master-data KPIs to Sales, Finance, and Operations, translating complex datasets into intuitive visuals that drive daily decisions and quarterly strategy.
- • Serve as the single point of accountability for daily operations: create, review, validate, and maintain customer hierarchies in SAP and related systems, meeting aggressive SLAs while safeguarding downstream reporting accuracy.
- • Orchestrate override processes for Point-of-Sale (POS) data received from distributors, quickly identifying invalid records, applying corrections, and documenting root causes to prevent recurrence.
- • Reconcile customer master hierarchies against the Global Partner Program parent-child relationships in Salesforce, proactively resolving discrepancies and ensuring alignment between licensing systems and CRM.
- • Detect and eliminate duplicate or orphaned end-customer records in SAP and SFDC, updating critical Mitel core attributes such as SIC codes and channel types to enable precise segmentation and revenue attribution.
- • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders—Sales Ops, Finance, Customer Master Team, and IT—to translate business requirements into robust data-governance rules, standards, and automated controls that scale globally.
- • Lead continuous-improvement initiatives: map end-to-end master-data workflows, identify bottlenecks, quantify revenue impact, and implement process or system enhancements that increase operating efficiency.
- • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation—standard operating procedures, user guides, training decks, and quick-reference job aids—ensuring knowledge is institutionalized and onboarding friction is minimized.
- • Provide hands-on coaching and virtual training sessions to regional analysts and super-users, elevating data-literacy levels and fostering a culture of self-service analytics across the organization.
- • Monitor data-quality SLAs and KPIs, publishing weekly health reports to senior leadership and recommending remediation tactics when thresholds are breached.
- • Stay ahead of industry best practices and emerging BI technologies, piloting new tools or methodologies that can further automate governance tasks and enrich analytical capabilities.
- • Champion Mitel’s diversity and inclusion values by actively participating in internal communities of practice and ensuring equitable access to data insights across all regions and business units.
