  • • Own end-to-end media budget allocation and pacing for Front’s multi-million-dollar brand marketing budget across all channels, ensuring optimal spend efficiency and ROI.
  • • Translate data, performance insights, and market trends into actionable optimization strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness and audience reach.
  • • Conduct comprehensive research and competitive analysis to identify emerging, untapped media channels and opportunities to engage Front’s B2B prospect base.
  • • Develop, structure, and present detailed media plans that include channel rationale, reach and frequency projections, and clear business outcome expectations.
  • • Manage and nurture relationships with media vendors, negotiate favorable rates, and evaluate new inventory opportunities across digital and traditional platforms.
  • • Execute hands-on campaign logistics: source and vet sponsorship opportunities, initiate direct outreach to podcast hosts and newsletter publishers, and manage end-to-end partnership coordination.
  • • Partner closely with Front’s creative and performance marketing agencies to ensure seamless briefing, development, and optimization of brand campaigns.
  • • Craft clear, compelling channel strategy documents and high-impact cold outreach emails with equal precision and professionalism.
  • • Maintain a strategic, data-informed perspective on brand marketing measurement, advocating for investment in new channels based on qualitative and quantitative insights.
  • • Act as the primary connective tissue between internal marketing teams and external agencies, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and creative execution.
  • • Proactively enhance existing media strategies rather than building from scratch—refine what works, challenge assumptions, and introduce innovative approaches.
  • • Stay current with evolving media landscapes, including sponsorships in newsletters, podcasts, industry events, and niche professional communities.
  • • Balance strategic thinking with tactical execution, shifting between high-level planning and granular operational tasks as needed.
  • • Support brand growth by identifying and activating underutilized audience touchpoints that align with Front’s B2B SaaS positioning and customer journey.
  • • Ensure all media activities adhere to company guidelines, compliance standards, and privacy notices including California and EU recruiting privacy requirements.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of media planning or buying experience, ideally for a B2B and/or SaaS brand (agency or in-house)
  • • Experience planning and buying sponsorships in channels like newsletters, podcasts, industry events, or communities
  • • Highly organized with strong judgment for prioritizing competing demands and focusing time on high-impact activities
  • • Demonstrated ability to articulate a data-informed POV on brand marketing measurement and advocate for investment in new channels
  • • Excellent written communication skills, with proven ability to produce crisp strategy documents and persuasive cold outreach emails
