- • Manage end-to-end paid social advertising campaigns primarily on Meta, optimizing for subscription growth across web funnels with full ownership of ad account performance and strategy.
- • Directly manage and scale monthly ad budgets exceeding $500,000 across Meta and other paid social platforms, ensuring consistent ROI and sustainable growth in user acquisition.
- • Develop, execute, and analyze A/B tests to identify high-performing creatives, audiences, and messaging strategies, using performance data to guide iterative improvements.
- • Collaborate closely with the creative team to provide actionable feedback on ad concepts, ensuring alignment between campaign objectives and visual/content execution.
- • Partner with the data team to leverage insights from Tableau, MixPanel, and other analytics tools, building custom performance frameworks to inform targeting and budget allocation decisions.
- • Conduct continuous market and competitor research to identify emerging trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid social advertising.
- • Independently make data-driven decisions on budget scaling, geographic expansion, and campaign adjustments across multiple countries and regions with minimal oversight.
- • Proactively identify new growth opportunities through experimentation, including novel audience segments, ad formats, and bidding strategies on Meta’s platform.
- • Maintain deep expertise in Meta’s advertising infrastructure, including account structures, pixel implementation, conversion tracking, automated bidding, and advanced audience targeting capabilities.
- • Communicate clear, concise weekly performance reports and strategic recommendations to stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable insights.
- • Drive cross-functional alignment with product, analytics, and creative teams to ensure user acquisition goals are integrated into broader company growth initiatives.
- • Demonstrate autonomy in a fast-paced environment by self-initiating optimizations, testing new ideas, and owning outcomes without needing constant direction.
- • Focus on long-term performance and sustainable growth over short-term gains, prioritizing efficiency, scalability, and ROI across all campaigns.
- • Stay current with platform algorithm changes, privacy updates, and advertising policy shifts on Meta and related platforms to maintain campaign compliance and effectiveness.
- • Maintain high standards of analytical rigor, ensuring all campaign decisions are backed by statistical significance, cohort analysis, and robust performance metrics.
- • Operate within CET time zone (±4 hours) to ensure seamless collaboration with global teams and timely execution of time-sensitive campaigns.
- • Take full ownership of campaign KPIs, including cost per subscription, lifetime value, and return on ad spend, with accountability for meeting or exceeding targets.
- • Continuously refine creative testing methodologies and audience segmentation strategies based on real-time performance data and emerging user behaviors.
- • Contribute to the evolution of the user acquisition playbook by documenting successful tactics and sharing knowledge across the team.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and/or Pinterest with proven ability to scale budgets efficiently while maintaining strong ROI
- • Experience managing $500k+ in monthly ad spend across paid social channels with consistent performance optimization and sustainable growth
- • Demonstrated ability to run and scale campaigns across multiple countries and regions, making independent, data-driven scaling decisions
- • Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Tableau, MixPanel, or similar tools to build custom performance analyses and frameworks
- • Deep understanding of Meta’s ad platform architecture, including audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative testing methodologies
- • Self-driven, autonomous professional comfortable in fast-paced environments who proactively identifies opportunities for testing, optimization, and growth
