📋 Description

• • Senior MICE Specialist responsible for managing end-to-end coordination of conferences, meetings, incentive programmes, group travel, and corporate events for clients across multiple regions and time zones, from initial RFP through supplier negotiation, contracting, and logistics planning.
• • Works closely with Sales and Account Management teams to support discovery conversations, position Perk Events’ capabilities, and build strong client relationships by anticipating needs and identifying growth opportunities.
• • Collaborates internally across planning, logistics, and delivery to ensure seamless event execution, contributes process improvement ideas, and drives team commercial results.
• • Part of Perk’s Events team in Barcelona, contributing to a global mission of eliminating shadow work in business travel and spend management through intelligent automation, serving over 10,000 companies worldwide with a culture rooted in ownership, 7-star experiences, and teamwork.
