- • Serve as the primary point of contact for government and commercial customers, fostering strong relationships and driving customer success for the Game Warden platform, a secure DevSecOps solution enabling rapid SaaS adoption in national security.
- • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), manage renewals, upsells, and cross-sells, and translate customer needs into technical requirements for engineering and product teams.
- • Guide customers through the Authority to Operate (ATO) compliance process, ensuring adherence to DoD and federal security standards, and act as a trusted technical advisor on cloud security and platform optimization.
- • Partner with engineering, product, and sales teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions, monitor success metrics (adoption, satisfaction, retention), and advocate for customer feedback to shape product development.

- • Develop expertise in federal compliance, DoD environments, and enterprise SaaS delivery while contributing to transformative impact in national security through innovative technology deployment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in customer success, technical delivery, or a related role, preferably in PaaS or cloud infrastructure.
- • Strong understanding of government end-user environments and the Authority to Operate (ATO) compliance process.
- • Proven experience managing customer relationships and delivering enterprise solutions in high-stakes environments.
- • Exceptional communication skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- • Experience working with tools like GitLab for ticketing and collaboration, and Salesforce for CRM management.
- • Familiarity with Department of Defense (DoD) environments is highly desirable.
