📋 Description

• • As a Senior MLOps Engineer at Allica Bank, you will build and deploy ML and LLM-powered applications that deliver actionable financial insights and decision support for UK SMEs, directly contributing to the company’s mission of serving an underserved segment of the economy through AI-native financial tools.
• • Day to day, you will work end-to-end across the stack to rapidly prototype and iterate with product and design teams, ensuring model interpretability and explainability while developing guardrails and fail-safes to guarantee trustworthy AI outputs in high-stakes financial contexts.
• • You will join a fast-growing fintech team building the next generation of intelligent financial tools, starting with an AI-powered Treasurer platform that provides real-time account visibility, AI-native cashflow forecasting, and smart treasury optimisations for SMEs.
• • In this role, you will have the autonomy to make a real-world impact, shape the future of AI-native financial services, and develop expertise in deploying LLMs and ML systems in production environments with a focus on safety, reliability, and business value.
