📋 Description

• Senior Mobile Developer (Java/Kotlin) role focused on designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance Android applications for a leading SaaS platform serving service-based businesses globally.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include building native Android apps with Kotlin, collaborating with product, design, and backend teams, ensuring app performance and quality, writing clean and testable code, integrating RESTful APIs, troubleshooting bugs, participating in code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to CI/CD processes.
• TrueLogic is a nearshore staff augmentation leader with 600+ tech professionals across Latin America, partnering with U.S. companies to drive digital transformation; this role supports a client that provides integrated software solutions for over 600,000 businesses in home services, health, and fitness.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience developing native Android applications using Kotlin
• Strong knowledge of Java
• Experience with Android frameworks (Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, Hilt)
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs
• Solid understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVVM or MVP)
• Experience with version control systems (Git)
• Experience with testing (unit tests and automation)
• Experience with CI/CD tools (CircleCI or similar)
• Strong skills in performance optimization and debugging mobile applications
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Experience mentoring junior developers
• Experience with reactive programming (advanced Coroutines or Rx)
• Experience with payment integrations (e.g., Stripe, PayPal)
• Experience with UI automation testing
• Knowledge of mobile security best practices
