📋 Description

• As a Senior Mobile Engineer on the Thrive team at Tilth, you will lead the iOS development of credit products that help users build purchasing power and credit standing through responsible use of a credit-building line of credit and cash advance features, with real users and compliance obligations.
• You will drive the application and approval funnel by optimizing conversion rates, running experiments to advance a unified product vision, operating at the outcome level to improve key metrics, ensuring precision in regulated credit products, and growing into full iOS ownership for both Thrive and cash advance products within 6–12 months.
• You will join a lean, high-ownership team consisting of a staff iOS engineer, an Android engineer, and yourself, collaborating with product, design, data science, and backend engineers to build seamless, compliant credit experiences across the full stack.
• You will gain end-to-end ownership of iOS for two live financial products, deepen your expertise in regulated consumer fintech, lead experimentation that shapes product strategy, and grow into a technical leader with direct impact on user financial outcomes and company-wide initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an iOS engineer building consumer-facing mobile products
• Consumer product background is non-negotiable — experience building products real users interact with daily
• Product experimentation and analytics experience with A/B testing frameworks (e.g., Statsig, LaunchDarkly) and analytics platforms (e.g., Amplitude, FullStory)
• Outcome-oriented mindset — able to take a metric like conversion rate and drive improvements independently through experimentation and collaboration
• Attention to detail that extends beyond code quality, understanding the real-world consequences of shipping errors in regulated credit products
• Android experience or cross-platform interest is a plus
