📋 Description

• As a Senior Motion Designer at WellTech Limited, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual storytelling of wellness-focused digital products that empower over 25.5 million users globally to build healthy habits, directly contributing to the company’s mission of moving people to start and stay well for life.
• You will lead the creation of high-impact motion content for platforms like YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and TikTok, translating marketing objectives into visually compelling narratives that drive engagement, retention, and brand loyalty across diverse audiences.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing dynamic transitions, typography, VFX, and compositing sequences with strict adherence to brand guidelines, ensuring every frame reflects WellTech’s innovative and energetic identity.
• You will collaborate closely with marketing, video production, and cross-functional teams to brainstorm concepts, iterate based on performance data, and refine creative outputs using analytics to inform design decisions and improve campaign effectiveness.
• A key part of your role involves mentoring junior motion designers, providing constructive feedback, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the Creative Production team.
• You will stay at the forefront of motion design trends by conducting visual research, experimenting with emerging AI tools like Midjourney, Runway, Sora, and ChatGPT, and integrating innovative techniques such as video automation (expressions, MOGRTs, Essential Graphics) to streamline workflows and elevate output quality.
• Operating in a fast-paced, iterative, remote-friendly environment across WellTech’s global hubs in Cyprus, Ukraine, Poland, Spain, and the UK, you will adapt quickly to shifting priorities while maintaining high creative standards and delivering on tight deadlines.
• You will leverage your strong foundation in static design — including composition, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy — to ensure motion work is not only visually stunning but also grounded in solid design principles that enhance clarity and impact.
• Through this role, you will deepen your expertise in data-informed creative strategy, learn to balance artistic vision with measurable business outcomes, and grow as a leader who influences both team performance and product success at scale.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Motion Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing motion fluency and exceptional static design fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Figma and hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools including Midjourney, Runway, Sora, and ChatGPT for ideation and asset generation.
• Demonstrated ability to create platform-optimized motion content for YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and TikTok with strong storytelling, pacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Experience with video automation techniques such as expressions, MOGRTs, or Essential Graphics is a strong plus.
• Self-driven, autonomous worker capable of thriving in a fast-paced, iterative environment with minimal supervision.
