Senior Motion Designer

📋 Description

• • As Liveflow Inc.'s first dedicated Motion Designer, you will define how the company moves across product and brand, establishing motion principles that make complex financial workflows feel simple and intuitive while bringing the brand to life through high-impact marketing and launch content.
• • You will produce marketing videos and motion showcases, create on-brand motion assets for product launches and campaigns, design polished UI animations and micro-interactions, create loading states and onboarding flows, define scalable motion principles for engineering implementation, collaborate with product designers and engineers to ship production-ready animations, translate visual identity into a cohesive motion language, and optimize animations for performance across platforms.
• • Liveflow Inc. is building the next-generation accounting and finance platform to enable lean finance teams to run massive enterprises, backed by over $21M from top-tier investors including YC, Valar, Seedcamp, and WndrCo, with hundreds of 5/5 ratings on G2 and a founding team from Revolut.
• • You will establish motion as a foundational discipline at Liveflow, owning the creation of scalable motion systems, gaining deep cross-functional influence across product, design, engineering, and marketing, and shaping how users experience financial software through intentional, purposeful motion.
