• • As a Senior Motion Designer at BJAK, you will be instrumental in shaping the visual narrative and dynamic presence of our new UK brand. This pivotal role offers the unique opportunity to lead the creative direction and execution of all motion graphics, animation, and visual effects, directly influencing how our brand connects with audiences across the United Kingdom.
• • You will be the driving force behind conceptualizing and animating compelling motion graphics for a diverse range of applications, including high-impact UK marketing campaigns, clear and engaging product explainers, dynamic social media content, and persuasive digital advertising. Your expertise will ensure that every visual element not only captures attention but also effectively communicates our brand's message and value proposition.

• • Collaboration is key. You will work hand-in-hand with our UK-based Creative, Marketing, and Product teams, acting as a bridge between strategic objectives and creative execution. • • As a senior member of the team, you will also play a vital role in mentoring junior motion designers. You will guide their creative execution on UK projects, fostering their growth and ensuring the team collectively delivers exceptional work.
• • You will partner effectively with video editors, videographers, and graphic designers to ensure the seamless integration of motion graphics into broader multimedia projects, producing cohesive and impactful content.
• • Presenting your design concepts to stakeholders, including senior management, will be a regular part of the role. Your ability to articulate your creative vision clearly, persuasively, and with a strong rationale will be essential for gaining buy-in and driving projects forward.
• • Technical and workflow mastery is expected. You will oversee the entire motion production pipeline, from initial concept development through to final delivery, ensuring both efficiency and technical excellence at every stage.
