Senior Motion Designer

📋 Description

• • Lead the design and animation of motion graphics for UK marketing campaigns, product explainers, social content, and digital advertising, ensuring visual consistency and technical quality across all outputs while elevating design through experimentation and storytelling.
• • Work closely with UK Creative, Marketing, and Product teams to translate objectives into motion-driven content, mentor junior motion designers, and collaborate with video editors and graphic designers to produce cohesive multimedia content.
• • Join a lean, high-output team at Bjak Sdn. Bhd., a company building superior application platforms globally with a mission to create successful businesses while contributing positively to society, known for developing the leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia serving over 8 million users.
• • Develop expertise in leading motion production from concept to delivery, creating reusable templates and motion design systems, staying at the forefront of global motion design trends, and experimenting with advanced VFX, 3D animation, and emerging digital formats to set new benchmarks for Bjak’s UK brand.
