- • Senior Motion Designer – Lead Motion at BJAK: Lead the design and animation of motion graphics for UK marketing campaigns, product explainers, social content, and digital advertising, shaping the visual identity of BJAK’s new UK brand.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing storyboards, maintaining visual consistency, mentoring junior designers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, overseeing motion production from concept to delivery, and experimenting with advanced VFX and 3D animation to push creative boundaries.
- • BJAK is a fast-growing tech company building superior application platforms globally, known for creating Southeast Asia’s leading insurance platform serving over 8 million users, now expanding into AI-integrated applications with a flat, ownership-driven culture.
- • In this role, you will elevate design quality through art direction and storytelling, develop reusable motion design systems, lead creative execution for UK projects, and gain leadership experience while contributing directly to brand perception and innovation in a high-impact, remote-flexible environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Multimedia Design, or related field
- • 5+ years of professional experience in motion design, animation, or creative production
- • Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and other motion design tools (Cinema 4D, Blender is a plus)
- • Strong sense of storytelling, timing, and visual composition
- • Proven ability to lead creative direction and guide teams toward impactful visual outcomes
- • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills
- • Portfolio or showreel demonstrating advanced motion design and animation work
