📋 Description

• • Lead the creative vision, design direction, and animation execution for motion-based projects across BJAK’s marketing and product campaigns as a Senior Motion Designer, crafting visually stunning motion graphics that communicate ideas clearly, engage audiences emotionally, and elevate the BJAK brand across digital and social platforms.
• • Conceptualize and develop storyboards, design frames, and animation sequences; lead design and animation of motion graphics for marketing campaigns, product explainers, social content, and digital ads; ensure visual consistency, technical quality, and alignment with brand identity; elevate design quality through creative experimentation and storytelling.
• • Collaborate closely with Creative, Marketing, and Product teams to interpret campaign objectives into motion-driven content; mentor and provide feedback to junior motion designers; partner with videographers, video editors, and graphic designers to produce cohesive multimedia content; present and justify design concepts to stakeholders.
• • Oversee the motion production pipeline from concept to delivery; create reusable templates and design systems; manage multiple projects simultaneously; troubleshoot animation, rendering, or visual effects issues; stay at the forefront of motion design trends and experiment with advanced visual effects, 3D animation, and emerging digital formats.
