- • The Senior Motion Graphics Artist at Humana plays a critical role in transforming complex concepts into compelling visual narratives through storyboarding and animation, creating engaging video content for the company’s brand portfolio as part of its data-driven, personalized marketing transformation.
- • Day to day, the role involves crafting high-end video narratives for platforms like DRTV and social media using After Effects and Premiere Pro, applying advanced techniques such as motion tracking, easing, color correction, rotoscoping, and 3D camera integration from Cinema 4D, while also handling audio mixing and mastering for polished soundscapes.
- • The role is part of Humana’s in-house creative agency within a evolving marketing organization focused on acquiring and engaging members through innovative, accessible, and brand-aligned communications, supporting the company’s mission to improve health outcomes for millions.
- • The individual will grow as a creative thought leader by exploring emerging design trends, owning projects from concept to delivery, collaborating with copywriters and marketing partners, and ensuring ADA compliance and brand consistency across all deliverables.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of professional experience crafting compelling video content through expert production, editing, and motion graphics
- • Mastery of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro, including key-framing, easing, advanced animation, color correction, motion tracking, and rotoscoping
- • Proficiency integrating Cinema 4D elements and leveraging 3D camera techniques within After Effects
- • Skilled in audio equalizing and mastering to transform raw audio into polished soundscapes
- • Deep understanding of design principles including typography, color theory, and brand adherence
- • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in motion graphics and visual storytelling
- • Excellent presentation and communication skills for articulating project vision
- • Proven ability to collaborate effectively in remote and hybrid team environments
- • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Design, Motion Graphics, Animation, or related field
