📋 Description
- • Senior Motions Designer leading creative vision and animation execution for marketing and product campaigns across BJAK’s digital and social platforms.
- • Lead design and animation of motion graphics for campaigns, product explainers, social content, and ads; develop storyboards and design frames aligned with brand objectives; ensure visual consistency and quality.
- • Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and Product teams; mentor junior designers; partner with videographers and editors; present concepts to stakeholders.
- • Oversee production pipeline, create reusable templates, manage multiple projects, troubleshoot technical issues; stay current with trends in motion design, VFX, 3D animation, and emerging tools.
