You will collaborate closely with our Senior Learning Experience Designer to translate learning strategies into engaging, scalable, and highly effective educational programs. This role demands a blend of deep technical expertise, creative flair, and the ability to independently navigate and resolve complex challenges in a regulated healthcare environment.
• • **Drive Advanced Video and Multimedia Production**
• • Take the lead in end-to-end video production for critical enterprise learning initiatives. This includes everything from initial concept development and script refinement to filming, meticulous editing, dynamic motion graphics, and final post-production. You will apply your mastery of video editing, sound design, and motion graphics to craft polished, instructionally sound learning assets that captivate and educate. Your ability to transform complex technical or clinical information into compelling visual narratives will be key to enhancing learner comprehension and retention.
