📋 Description
- • As a Senior Multimedia Marketing Specialist, you will lead the production and growth of podcast and YouTube content while driving a cross-platform content strategy that increases engagement and audience acquisition for Hangar Aviation Technologies, Inc.
- • Day to day, you will coordinate podcast production from guest booking to post-recording handoffs, design and execute video-first strategies for YouTube growth, repurpose content across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, collaborate with design and editing partners, produce promotional materials using Canva, Adobe, or CapCut, draft and publish newsletters and blog posts, optimize web-based media for SEO, track performance via HubSpot and YouTube Studio, and support customer marketing through onboarding and tutorial content.
- • You will join a remote-first team at Hangar Aviation Technologies, Inc., working with fast-growing global companies while building a long-term career in multimedia marketing with Eastern Time Zone availability required for coordination.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in cross-platform content strategy, audience growth analytics, multimedia production workflows, and performance-driven storytelling, positioning yourself as a strategic leader in digital content and brand engagement.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5 years in content creation, podcasting, or video-first marketing
- • Demonstrated success growing YouTube and podcast audiences using analytics and experimentation
- • Expertise in repurposing long-form content across multiple formats
- • Familiarity with SEO, YouTube metrics, and social platform dynamics
- • Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, and WordPress
- • Excellent project management and communication skills in a remote environment
