📋 Description

• As a Senior .NET Fullstack Developer at Qodeworld, you will be at the forefront of innovation, driving the design, development, and modernization of critical enterprise-grade applications. This role demands a seasoned professional with a profound understanding of the Microsoft technology stack, coupled with expertise in contemporary frontend frameworks and cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure. You will not only be a hands-on contributor but also a technical leader, guiding development teams and fostering a collaborative environment that ensures our applications meet and exceed business objectives.
• Your primary responsibility will involve architecting and implementing robust, scalable, and maintainable software solutions. This includes translating complex business requirements into elegant technical designs, writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code, and ensuring the highest standards of quality through rigorous testing and code reviews. You will be instrumental in modernizing legacy systems, migrating them to cloud-based architectures, and introducing new features that enhance user experience and business value.
• You will play a pivotal role in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from initial concept and design through to deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement. This encompasses gathering requirements, creating technical specifications, developing backend services using C# and ASP.NET, building responsive and interactive user interfaces with React and JavaScript, and integrating with various data sources and third-party services.
• A significant aspect of this role involves leveraging your deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure services. You will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions that utilize Azure SQL, Cosmos DB for NoSQL needs, Azure Service Bus for robust messaging, and Azure Single Sign-On for secure authentication and authorization. Your expertise in cloud architecture will be crucial in ensuring our applications are performant, secure, and cost-effective.
• You will be expected to champion best practices in software development, including SOLID principles, design patterns, and agile methodologies. This includes promoting code quality, test-driven development (TDD), and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to streamline the development process and accelerate delivery.
• Collaboration is key. You will work closely with product managers, business analysts, QA engineers, and other development teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Your ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be essential for success.

• Implementing robust data solutions utilizing SQL Server 2017 and NoSQL databases like Cosmos DB.
• Designing and deploying cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure, leveraging services such as Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Azure Service Bus, and Azure AD for authentication.
• Ensuring application security, performance, and reliability through best practices and proactive monitoring.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Mentoring and guiding junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
• Participating in code reviews, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring adherence to coding standards.
• Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues across the full stack.
• Staying abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, and evaluating their potential application within Qodeworld.
• Contributing to the definition and refinement of development processes and tools.
• Driving the adoption of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Managing stakeholder expectations and providing regular updates on project progress.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant security and data privacy regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of hands-on professional experience in .NET application development.
• Proven, extensive experience with both ASP.NET Web Forms and ASP.NET MVC frameworks.
• Demonstrated strong frontend development skills, including proficiency in React and JavaScript.
• Solid understanding and practical experience with SQL Server 2017 and relational database concepts.
• Hands-on experience with core Microsoft Azure services, specifically Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Azure Service Bus, and Azure Single Sign-On (Authentication).
• Strong grasp of application architecture, design patterns, and best practices in software engineering.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts effectively.
