- • As a Senior Onboarding Manager at TheyDo B.V., you will lead the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle for new mid-market and enterprise customers, ensuring they achieve rapid time-to-value and successful adoption of the AI-powered journey management platform.
- • You will own the customer journey from kickoff through Go-Live, acting as the primary point of contact, coordinating technical integrations (including AWS S3, APIs, and SSO), managing multiple concurrent implementations, and partnering with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Journey Management Coaches to deliver seamless experiences.
- • You will join a fully remote, mission-driven team of 30+ nationalities across 27 countries, backed by $50M in funding, working to scale journey management as the most powerful business tool for global enterprises like Ford, Cisco, and Johnson & Johnson.
- • In this role, you will design and scale onboarding best practices, own key metrics such as Go-Live cycle time and NPS, evolve the methodology based on customer feedback, and develop expertise in enterprise SaaS implementation while shaping the future of customer-centricity at scale.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in onboarding, implementation, or related roles within SaaS, CX, research, or workflow platforms
- • Proven ability to manage a portfolio of enterprise onboarding projects simultaneously
- • Comfortable working with technical concepts including APIs, AWS (especially S3), SSO, and customer data workflows
- • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- • Familiarity with journey management, CX strategy, or design thinking is a major plus
