📋 Description

• • As a Credit & Collections Specialist at Sharecare, you will play a critical role in safeguarding the company’s financial health by managing and resolving outstanding account balances, ensuring timely revenue collection and supporting the organization’s mission to make high-quality care more accessible and affordable.
• • Day to day, you will collect and resolve outstanding invoices from current and past due accounts, address billing inquiries and disputes, research and resolve collection issues, assist with unidentified payment applications, meet month-end close deadlines, and help improve documentation of credit and collections policies and procedures.
